We understand that this experience can be stressful. Express Window Services is here to partner with you and to make the purchase and installation process simple and easy.
1. Free In-Home Consultation:
When you contact us, we will schedule a time for an in-home consultation. At the time, we will meet with you to discuss the scope of work, take initial measurements and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
2. Free Estimate:
We will send you an estimate based on the consultation for your consideration. If you chose to move forward with Express Window Services, we will then send you a contract to sign and ask for a deposit.
3. Critical Measurements & Ordering:
Once we have your signed contract and deposit, we will schedule a time for our lead technician to come out, verify and take final measurements and determine the best installation method. We will then place the order with the appropriate manufacturer.
4. Installation:
Once we receive confirmation of the arrival date of your order, we will then contact to you (usually within 72 hours) to schedule installation. Typical installation is scheduled 2-4 weeks from the date of your order*. Our installers will take all precautions to protect your home from debris and will adhere to current Covid guidelines. When installation is completed, we will remove and dispose of all old materials.
* Please note that manufacturing lead times can vary throughout the seasons.
